The Name

Carnival After Dark is built on a tension that every Kittitian understands instinctively — the contrast between darkness and explosion. The name holds two worlds simultaneously: the deep, ancestral weight of black as the color of African heritage, and the unstoppable, joyful eruption of Carnival culture that has defined Saint Kitts and Nevis for generations. After dark is not simply a time of day. It is a threshold — the moment when the day's restraint falls away and something truer, older, and more powerful takes its place. The Color

Black in the Saint Kitts and Nevis flag is not absence. It is foundation. The Design
