SOVEREIGN by RFP — The Independence Collection

Dressed in Heritage. Built for the Bold.

On September 19, 1983, the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis became the smallest sovereign nation in the Western Hemisphere. Fewer than 60,000 people. 68 square miles. A flag with five colors that each carry the weight of centuries.

Green for the fertile land — the cane fields, the rainforest, the volcanic soil that grew everything.

Yellow for the eternal sunshine and the natural abundance that was always the island's own.

Black for the African heritage of the people — the ancestors who built this nation with their hands and kept its culture alive across centuries of every effort to erase it.

Red for the struggle from slavery and colonialism — the price paid in blood so that future generations could stand free.

Stars representing hope and liberty.

The SOVEREIGN collection is twelve jerseys built around those four truths. Each piece carries the engraved landscape of Saint Kitts and Nevis — the Brimstone Hill fortress, Nevis Peak, the National Bird The Brown Pelican, the Carnival masquerade traditions that trace their roots to West Africa — printed across fabric the way history is pressed into stone.

Permanent. Specific. Impossible to ignore once you see it.

Three collections for three colors. Two ways to wear each one — subtle for the one who carries their history quietly, graphic for the one who carries it loud. Both valid. Both Kittitian & Nevisian.
